七氟醚联合吸入麻醉对老年大鼠学习与记忆的影(3)
综上所述,老年大鼠吸入麻醉后所致神经毒性具有短期及可逆性,可能与诱导神经元凋亡程序,同时启动抑制促凋亡程序有关。本课题组将在接下来的研究中更深入探索吸入麻醉所致老年大鼠认知障碍及神经毒性的自我修复机制,为预防及治疗术后认知功能障碍提供新思路。
